The Questions I Ask My Clients to Keep Them Generating Revenue And Optimizing Their Mental Wellness

We cannot change what we cannot see. We also cannot change that which we do not measure. As I have worked over the last 5 years to optimize my mental wellness over “achievement” and recover from being a workaholic, I have noticed that if I am not paying close attention to my habits, I fall right back into the burnout cycle and sabotage my success.

So when I built out the systems and the modality of my 12 month program for women entrepreneurs focused specifically on getting them to work 4 hours a day (or less!) and achieve unprecedented results in their business, I knew I was going to need to lean on data to help me drive real results for each member and help her see what is getting in her way, and what is working.

Each week they receive a questionnaire in their inbox asking them the following set of questions. I review those forms and keep track of how they are doing and where they are getting stuck. This tool is the quickest way to start noticing patterns, see where you are getting in your own way, and begin to drive real business results week over week, month over month, and ultimately year over year.

If you know me you know I am here to change the culture around working and what it means to build a sustainable company while keeping your mental wellness as the number one priority. If you find yourself not believing that it is possible, or scoffing at the thought of working 4 hours a day, fantastic. You should book a strategy call immediately and let me audit your business. What you see as impossible I see as the only way you are going to create the legacy you dream to leave on the world.
